Saturday night, we were outside saying goodbye to some friends that had been over. Paula was carrying Athena, the Goddess, and put her in the dog yard to say goodbye. Almost immediately Athena started screaming. These weren’t cute yelps, or barks. These were screams. Blood curdling, dead-awakening screams.
She had been bitten by a copperhead. I killed the snake while Paula gathered up Athena and off to the emergency vet we went at 10:30 on a Saturday night. Twelve hours and many, many hundreds of dollars later she was able to come home.

On May 17, Frazier starred in the E. P. Rayzor Drama Club’s presentation of that classic of the dramatic stage, “A Fly Went By.” Frazier brought a passion and energy to his role as The Boy while still conveying the subtle underlying uncertainness of the universe.

Today, Frazier, along with the E. P. Rayzor Running Club ran the DATCU Dash 5K in Denton.

On May 24, 2010, I volunteered at Frazier’s school in the “DOGS” program– Dad’s Of Great Students. Besides getting to spend a day at his school and meeting many of his classmates, the coolest thing was that Frazier is still young enough to think that his Dad was at school that day. I know from personal experience it will not always be so…

One of these days we’re going to get this right. Another website for us to capture the Wisdom of Frazier.
